Changes during the COVID-19 Crisis
The safety of our employees, clients and their families is our top priority. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce potential risk of exposure, we are making some changes to our services.
Entrance to our Facilities
All visitors must complete a questionnaire before entering our building.
These questions include:
Have you travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days?
Have you had close contact or cared for anyone with confirmed or presumed COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
Have you had any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days? To include Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Respiratory Illness or difficulty breathing?
Anyone with a yes response will respectfully be asked to reschedule their appointment. Caseworkers for County collections will have to be notified when this occurs with a drug collection.
TSA Pre√, TWIC Enrollment, HAZMAT Endorsement
All IdentoGO services, including
TSA Pre√, TWIC Enrollment, and HAZMAT Endorsement are not being offered at our SCT Medical Clinic location.
These services are only available at our Middleburg Heights location, until further notice.
Minor Care Clinic
Call before you seek medical care if you are sick. Anyone with a fever, cough, or other respiratory symptoms should call prior to coming to the clinic for an over the phone screening by one of our providers. We can then provide you further instruction.

Provider On Duty: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Drug collections and other services: Monday through Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm
In accordance with CDC guidelines for social distancing, our front desk staff will take your cell phone number and call you in for your appointment, allowing you the convenience of waiting in your car.
We want to thank our clients for their cooperation at this time. We understand that these changes can be stressful, but please understand that we are doing everything we can to keep you satisfied as well as keeping our staff and their families safe and healthy.
